The Winthrop University Panhellenic Council is made up of 5 sororities: Alpha Delta Pi, Chi Omega, Delta Zeta, and Zeta Tau Alpha, as well as one associate chapter, Zeta Sigma Chi Multicultural Sorority, Inc.

To promote in women leadership, diversity, scholastic achievement and service through relationships within and beyond the Panhellenic Community.
Description
The Panhellenic Council is the programming and governing body of the five National Panhellenic Conference sororities at Winthrop University. Every woman who joins a sorority at Winthrop University becomes a member of the College Panhellenic Council. The council consists of one delegate from each chapter and seven executive officers.
It is the council's responsibility to unite sorority women on campus and improve the overall Greek image. The Panhellenic Council works year round to provide opportunities to strengthen Greek sisterhood by sponsoring many activities including recruitment, philanthropic and community service projects, speakers, award recognition, Greek Week, and more.

We as Undergraduate members of women's fraternities, stand for good scholarship, for guarding of good health, for maintenance of fine standards, and for serving to the best of our ability, our college community. Cooperation for furthering fraternity life, in harmony with its best possibilities in the ideal that shall guide our fraternity activities.
We as Fraternity Women, stand for service through the development of character inspired by the contact and deep friendship of individual fraternity and Panhellenic life. The opportunity for wide and wise human service, through mutual respect and helpfulness, is the tenet by which we strive to live.
